Review for Planet Fitness - Billing Issues and Poor Customer Support

I’m extremely disappointed with Planet Fitness. I was billed twice in one month, and despite visiting several Planet Fitness branches in Pretoria, I received no help at all in resolving the issue. No one seemed to take responsibility or offer a real solution.

What’s even more frustrating is the double standard: they’re quick to threaten legal action if a customer misses a payment, yet they make mistakes like this and don’t resolve them. It feels like once they have your debit order, your concerns no longer matter.

I expected better from a brand that claims to care about its members. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend Planet Fitness to anyone.
