Reverse of debit orders

My 24 month contract with Planet Fitness end in October 2020. I received letter stating my contract has ended. I called planet Fitness to confirm and not once has the consultant mention a month to month fee or have I signed / agreed to this... I am super upset as I need to reverse debit orders every month
