Request of contract and settlement of the membership

I joined Planet fitness gym membership while I was with Fed health medical aid and I have cancelled the medical aid as I was no longer working. I was paying about R200 pm and now I pay between R750-R850 pm. I do request my contract and the settlement fee to cancel my contract as I wont be able to afford such expensive membership.
