Rep off

These people after I was told my account is in areas, I pay and ask they close the account.. I go to rejoin no one tells me I'm in areas, today they tell me when I want to gym. I ask them how when I paid and closed the account they tell me I never did, when I requested they close it so I can reopen.. They wait for the amount to accumulate, why didn't anyone call if they saw the account isn't been paid.. They pull money out of my account, they lie.. They are *****s, I can't..
