Remove my name from Planet fitness I am not a member

Good Day Planet fitness It is with my heavy heart that I am writing to you and pleading to you to remove me from your system. I am very disappointed at how you have put my name as a bad payer while I have never joined the gym. I only joined after I was advised to join so that you can remove me from the list but this still continues. I don't know if you are used to *****ing people's moneys or what? I have long time reported this but still continues after you were deducting money from my account for nothing. You have failed to actioned this by removing me it is 2025 now still sitting on the same matter, that you could have removed me from your gym. I will appreciate your cooperation. I don't know how you work with people.
