Removal of Classes without consulting members

I have been a member of this gym since 2016. The Olympus branch does not deserve any rating. It is really appalling that Planetfitness does not care about it’s members to be more specific the Olympus Signature branch that new manager whose been hired recently does not know what she is doing the introduction of this license les mills which has been recently acquired was a bad move and another thing the removal of step classes was another bad move by the so called manager. Members are not consulted when changes are made nor is due diligence performed before a class is removed. The previous manager Ansulet was better in that sometimes she listened to what members wanted. A lot of members I joined with at planet have since moved to virgin active because there is a myriad of classes to choose from. It will be beneficial that Oddette is taken to task pertaining the classes at Olympus or alternatively qualified person, who is also empathetic with good managerial skills be hired.
