Relook your rules help people

Planet fitness is a grp that has absolutely no empathy and really poor reflection of a business model. Gave notice as I am unemployed due to the Pandemic since April. Pf asks for a month notice which I did give them And was told it has to be a calendar month , said i could not afford it however No was the answer. How do I pay you if I have no money clearly will never use them again. Just so sad how companies have no understanding and it’s not like I want to do this on purpose I just need to keep safe and find employment so that I can pay bills. Change your rules help people.
