Refund required

I joined planet fitness and paid them the full amount that they said was due for a 12 month subscription.<br> <br> They gave me a contract five days later and when I saw what was written on it I was not happy so I requested my money back.<br> <br> The branch told me to contact the call center which I did- but two weeks later I still don't have any response at all from them.-And nothing about my money back!!<br> <br> The contract is under the name Lucien Hounkponou ID No ***.<br> <br> Please can you help me get my money back from them- or at least some response<br>
