REFUND PROMISED BUT NOT YET RECIEVED!!!
After making my complaint on hello Peter, a consultant contacted me and told me that I will be refunded my money last week tuesday. Its been an entire week already and I did NOT receive my refund. I am disappointed at the fact that planet fitness **** to me that I will get my refund and that I'm waiting 6 months already for my refund. I WANT MY MONEY!!!
