Refund outstanding

<p>My Contract with Planet fitness expired in December and since December I tried to cancel the contract only done in September , now trying Planet fitness to refund me on all the Amounts debited since December and not ONE person is willing to help , the Branch in Newtown cant even find my contract .</p>
