Refund of registration fee R899 - as my registration and access had STILL not been finalized.

Hi There

I have had very bad service from you guys.

My access has still not been finalized and it really is frustrating when I get told I will be sorted with access to the gym the day after I came and till now I have had no communication with regards to anything.

I’d like a full refund of R899 that was paid on 10 August 2018 ASAP.
