refund not received

I contacted planet fitness to cancel my contract as I changed medical aids. They provided me with a cancellation account which I immediately paid. They still deducted an amount from my account after the cancellation account was paid. I informed them and I was assured that I will be refunded before 29 April. I have still not received my refund
