Refund

I cancelled my contract in July, which they gave me a settlement amount of R1317,70 that I must pay. which I paid immediately and then the first of August I was debited again which I asked for a refund and they said I did not pay my settlement amount in full that is why they debited. Now my settlement amount is R1976,70 but I have proof of emails and recordings that they said my settlement amount fee is R1317.70 and no one wants to help me!! 3 call agents have said they will phone me back in the next 5 to 10 min well its already the next day and I have not gotten a phone call or a refund!!! they love taking money and when you ask for it back they have a million of excuses! I will be taking this further if I do not get my refund back. Keep in mind my contract is cancelled the day I paid the settlement fee!!!
