Refund and customer service very rude

<p>I have been with planet fitness for more than 5 years now. Recently I joined and paid up front and moved away to where there is no planet fitness. I have tried getting a refund for more than a month. All that the customer service says is please stay on the line for me and then drops the call and they are very rude when you phoned backed for the 4th time and still gets the same treatment. I mean I have been trying to get the refund for more than a MONTH!!! Ridiculous and I need to phone them and when you email you get absolutely no response at all. All I was trying to do is get my money!!!!</p>
