Refund : Almost 2 months

I'm still waiting for my refund with reference number PFQ-67956 to be processed, and I'm eager to receive the "timely response" promised. Waiting nearly two months without any communication from customer care is frustrating and shows how little Planet Fitness cares about their customers.
