Refund

Me and my fiance app**** for memberships July 2019 and the sales person never advised us about the Edgars discount or Sanlam reality. We were informed that we will only pay for one full membership and a black tag fee for 24 months. After 2 months we were billed for 2 full memberships and the black tags. I have called in to customer care numerous times and went to the sales manager at the branch to assist. From September I have not received my refund yet
