Refund

Planet fitness accidentally deducted more money than they should have from my account, and I called the call centre and they checked and admitted to that, I asked them to refund my money before Friday 17.07.2015, I joined planet fitness mid June 2015. The response I got was that I should wait for 14 days for the refund, why must I suffer the consequences for your mistake that's my transport money, its useless after 14 days I will be paid already by then, what must I do now go around borrowing money? If my money is not in by Friday 17.07.2015, i will cancel my contract with Planet fitness, i am very disappointed and angry I even asked for the manager and I was told he doesn't take calls. I want my money before 17.07.2015 I am not going to suffer for your mistake.
