Redeem a voucher

<p>I went to Planet Fitness Mega Club last night and requested to redeem a 2 week trial voucher that i got from the January issue Womens Health Magazine.I filled in my details in the book and submitted the voucher to the lady in the reception.On meeting with the consultant i was informed i needed to bring my ID which i had forgotten at home.So i left and returned this morning and was asked for the voucher, but they had not given me the voucher back.I was unable to redeem it and get my two week pass because i didnt have the voucher.Can i please get some assistance.</p>
