receptionist and company dishonesty

i joined the gym 2014 November 30th<br> for a 12 month contact when it expired in 2015 they auto continued with it without me giving them a go ahead. they telling me i signed for auto renewal when i signed for that 12 months contact.. of wich no one told me about auto renewal i was signed by a staff member named Tshep who never tald me any thing about auto renewal instead he said the rest i don't have to read its not vital to.<br> now yesterday when i phoned for the 5th oh 6th time they explained to the lady she said i she will phone me back with in 5 minutes its almost 24 hours since she said that.<br> they are ****** who are desperate to win customers i regret joining the Gym from day one.<br> that's very low of them. i will never advice someone to join them with this kind of dishonesty.
