Really Terrible attitude from floor manager!

This morning me and my wife went to gym, we gym at Planet Fitness Krugersdorp! I went to tell the floor manager about some gym equipment that is faulty, when the manager arrived after 5min so that I can show him what is wrong he said I must just relax and should not make a scene! So I told him why should we pay R400 maintenance fee every 6 months if the stuff is always faulty! And I went on with my workout, then he came back to me and told me I must relax because he will throw me out of his gym! So I told him to leave me alone so I can finish my gym session! Then he told me again he will cancel my membership at his gym! So I told him I dare him to do that! I just feel it is unacceptable for a gym manager to talk to a member like that in front of other members!
