READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN YOUR MONEY AWAY

<p>I have learnt that you must read ANY CONTRACT SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY before signing your money away. Planet Fitness even though you owe money wont cancel your account or membership. They will just carry on taking your money. I have been paying the SAYA their recovery agent but the money is actually going to Planet Fitness. I am still a member after not even paying them for a year. The customer care and the cancellations dept have conflicting ideas and rules and messages and then to top it all I want to cancel immediately and the cancellation is only effective next month - so I owe even more money. DO NOT JOIN ANYTHING OR BUY ANYTHING without reading all the T&Cs. I joined without even been told that there is a automatic month-to-month rol***** of membership.</p>
