Rather have a home gym than to join planet fitness!

Horrible horrible horrible company to join. Nothing is clear, they're not consistent in what they say, sales agents are always contradicting each other. I asked to be transferred from one club to another and paid all the transfer fees but even now that has not gone through. Cancelled my membership and paid but that also didn't go through. Tried to rejoin again despite my initial experiences and was made to pay about R500, after two days I'm told that I can't gym there because my payment has not gone through as well. I've had to do a lot of ups and downs just to gym in this place, I've actually lost more weight trying to sort out my membership issues than me actually working out.
