Rather gym at home

I called to give notification of cancellation after a couple years of gyming there, due to me relocating.

Sunday being the 1st of the month, I called to give notice, the call center was closed.

I called again on the Monday (the 2nd) to give notice and was told I would need to pay 2 months fees (I’m on a month to month contract) before my cancellation will be processed because I contacted them 1 day too late. I was told that I should have sent an email…

The fact that I’ve given a good couple of referrals and got multiple people to sign up with them and there is zero loyalty and understanding when it comes from their side is unbelievable.
