Raised my premium after 6 months with NO COMMUNICATION

Joined planet fitness mid 2025 and was paying R280 or so, then this month without warning or any communication, they've increased my premiums R324. Why?? What for? What is the reason? I have tried finding an email to raise this concern but there is none. Very unhappy, I'll be returning to virgin active very soon.
