R850.00 to change a name???

I took out a planet fitness black tag contract from the Roodepoort branch. I am the main person on the contract and I only take my wife I, I am not able to go to the gym that often and all I want to do is make my wife the main member so that I don't have to go and sign her in every single time......its my wife???? Now you want to charge me a R850.00 transfer or name change fee....this is ridiculous?? I have contacted head office before and no one can understand how ridiculous this is, I already paid R5000.00 once off and R99.00 each month, now to make my wife the main member another R850.00. I need response asap...? All you have to do is swap my name with my wife's??? Get back to me urgently.
