I joined Planet fitness a while back, I got a black tag for a friend. I paid cash for 1 year and told them it is to be stopped there after. I get a text saying I'm in arrears. I go pay the amount and then tell them to cancel it like instipulated the first time I signed for the black tag. Then I get told I must phone their customer service, I did this and got placed on hold for 15 minutes plus - repeatedly! I receive another call today that I am in arrears again! I don't have a contract with them anymore but I must pay for a black tag membership? How does that even work! I want this contract cancelled immediately and the amonnt R119 credited with immediate effect. I was told I cannot take a black tag for less than a year and then they don't make the necessary notes etc to make sure it is cancelled after that year that was paid CASH and told to stop thereafter.
