Query still not sorted out!!

In February, i posted a complaint about Planet Fitness not getting back to me regarding credit owing to me as well as the lack of feedback from their side. Needless to say, i did get some feedback.. an email saying that my query had been closed!! CLosed without attending to my problem!!<br> Since then, i have been trying to get my credit. I kept being told that my query would be escalated (i got to a point where i was phoning every second day). I found that the only way to get some sort of (albeit really delayed) response was to flood their inbox with the same email. I eventually got a response that said \instead of being paid cash
