Hi, when I signed for a membership...the lady who signed me said if I want to cancel I must pay R120/R125 penalty. And I agreed. Now, when I call head office to cancel they say I must R1000+. That's a first, I didn't know about it. I cannot pay such amount as I'm not working and have not been to the gym since lockdown started. They have hidden conditions and amounts!
