Proper assistance please???

Planet Fitness in Craighall Park has a very poor quality of customer service. After numerous emails and calls, since August 2017, to assist with cancelling my membership, due to an error on their side, I still have not gotten any helpful response/ service.

When calling customer service you are expected to wait over 15 minutes on the line while they try and figure out the situation as no one knows what's going on??

Keep in mind, I paid for my tags, however I still have no received it as i cannot receive it, according to the ladies at reception, AND I am still being billed monthly for a service I do not use.

This has been the most unpleasant experience.
