Professional ****mers!!!

A month ago, I cancelled my membership from planet fitness (which I never signed up for by the way) with costs of about R2000. I called the call centre and they assured me that it has been canceled and that my payment is reflecting and that no further debit orders would be required. Today I wake up with a debit order of R2168 for what? I also don’t know seeing that I’ve never set foot in that gym. If you know what’s good for you do not even attempt to sign up with these people because if you enter your details you’ve automatically signed up!!
