processing unapproved transactions

First they processed a cancellation and debited a large sum of money from my account without my approval. I eventually got in contact with them and they said that my account will be reactivated and the amount debited will be added as credit to my account (At least 3 months of payments).

2 months later and i get hit with two debit orders for over a thousand rand! with no explanation at all. This company is a circus - stay away.
