Pro-rata discrepancy ignored

<p>I recently took out a new contrcat with Planet Fitness Plattefkloof after being with Liberty OYLR programme and they offered me the R195 per month deal.<br />On 24 May 2016 I called Deon Le Grange to activate it on the R195 after they did not activate it when I requested a month or more earlier.</p> <p>They activated it but back-dated it to 11 May 2016 so I had to pay pro-rata since then without actualy having the service.</p> <p>It is now 31 May 2016 and having called in twice since yesterday I still have had no call back or correspondence to resolve this discrpancy. I should only be paying a pro-rata fee as of 24 May 2016.</p> <p>I've bee promised twice that they would get Deon or the branch manager to call me, but nothing to date, I am being completely ignored. Maybe I should make a big stink at receptio tonight.</p>
