Premature debit due to greediness

Joined Planet Fitness and on the contract told them that I only got paid on the last day of the month. They were good with the debit orders until August. They started trying to debit my account before I got paid and this left me with extra charges on my bank account. Furthermore, no one bothered to call me about this. They just increased the debit order and continued trying to debit my account before pay day. All of a sudden this week, I get an email that my account has been handed over. Can never get hold of Planet Fitness, even tried tweeting. I just want my membership cancelled and for someone to have the nerve to explain to me why they changed my debit date and also I want a refund for bank charges because of their greediness. My cell number has not changed for 10 years so there's no excuses there.
