Positive change will be appreciated!

<p>Ive recently joined the PF club in Glenanda which opened 2 weeks ago. Ive taken a 2 year contract. Unfortunately Im already starting to have regrets. The reasons are as follows: Poor customer service and inexperienced staff, consultants on the floor are not helpful and not visible most of the time, the aircon in the studio was not working today, the water in the fountains are warm and they do not have a junior care facility for children hence making it difficult for parents to train with their kids. It will be appreciated if the management team take my feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements..</p>
