Poorest service from Jade Larson at Planet Fitness de Waterkant

To whom it may concern

I would hereby like to lay a complaint with regards to the following, for the poor and unprofessional way a matter was dealt with when the following was mentioned to Jade Larson (Planet Fitness - de Waterkant )

On the 15th of October I went in to the gym as per usual and started training on the treadmill, while busy getting all things ready for my cardio session on the treadmill I came across two people on the treadmills behind me I did not think much of it at first as it was the cleaners busy cleaning the treadmills, a while longer and they started doing cardio session on the treadmill as any person would do but what would make this situation different is, is that the two people training on the treadmills where the cleaners in their uniforms each time Jade Larson would look u they would duck which means that the cleaners know what they were doing were wrong, I then went to reception of which at that stage the only person to assist me with the matter was Jade Larson I mentioned it to her she looked and said that they were not permitted to do so, I then turned around seeing that the matter was brought under her attention she would so something about it SHE DID NOTHING she did not reprimand them or talk to them at all, I never knew that being a cleaner had the perks of also training well cleaning the equipment while you are in your uniform (cleaning company attending to the cleaning for Planet fitness de Waterkant), with all the cameras in the gym I am sure that this is to be seen on the cameras.

This is also not the first time that I have seen cleaning staff making use of gym equipment in their working hours, the same person I have seen on the treadmill I have also seen in the weight section on the first floor making use of the machines this is unacceptable, we as client pay for professionalism....
