Poorest Customer service EVER!

<p>I have a year contract with Planet Fitness Just Gym in Newtown JHB, with 6 months remaining on the contract I suffered a back injury due to training outside the gym. I went for a Medical Check up then the doctor recomment no Training until he re-assess my recovery. I then went to the branch to cancel, i was later referred the customer service land line using the branch's phone and they insisted that i should send my cancellation request via email. After sending that email, i have never received any reply from Plant Fitness and i tried so many times to call the numbers on their website (NO ANSWER). I have to no problem with paying the cancellation fee but to keep debit my Account is sickening. Now with no communition what so ever about on the reason why i am not paying my account they sent my details to the debt collectors and instituted legal actions. I Love the Gym, But such administration incompetence may just run them out business in the long run.</p>
