Poor service,incorrectly billed

Utterly disgusted with them. Been fighting with them for last 4 months but getting nowhere. And even after they told me to pay a settlement fee in early december which i did and was then informed that account is up to date. Come end of december only to see that they have not cancelled stuff on there side and i was being deducted the same amounts again. Then i get the email where they admit they were at fault but i still have to pay a amount which is now outstanding...How do you guys run a business? It feels to me you guys are ripping us clients off and you are violating our rights. The best part is i wont even get feedback from Planet fitness about this probably that is how bad the service is currently.
