POOR SERVICE !POOR MANAGEMENT !

Hi <br> <br> For over a year now we are trying to get Planet fitness to sort a problem out on our contract .We have tried numerous times ,the ladies who apparently are supposed to be managers ,take the correspondence and never get back to us !<br> We paid upfront for this contract and everytime we get there ,its a confusion .For this reason we almost never use the gym !We have wasted our money and regret signing up !The person who made the error was a guy called TK ,then he left so Clive took over and said he put a note on system stating there was an error and the problem would be solved .<br> To this day ,when we arrive at the gym ...its a big confusion !<br> I want a refund on money !<br> We have really wasted our time .Its such a simple thing to fix but nobody Is competent here !!!<br> Worst experience ever .We also dealt with DALE ,I think ,still no results .<br> I think they actually don't know how to handle queries !!!<br> pathetic !<br>
