Poor Service Planet Fitness Randfontein

Trying to be in good shape, has never been in easy.

It makes it even harder when dealing with people who take internal policies and make their own.

joined the gym Planet Fitness January this year being the closest and convenient.

On the 14th - August - 2022 went to the Gym planet Fitness Randfontein.. Being the one closest to me since I normally gym in Midrand.

The Manager on duty Samkelo refused to let me in gym in the gym saying I should transfer from Midrand to Randfontein and still if I was doing the process he'll still not allow me to enter the gym.

Now this is not about gaining access anymore, it's about the integrity of the brand.

If this is how they treat members, I'll rather cancel and gym membership and join another gym.

Very disappointed 😥
