Poor service Planet Fitness Montana

Planet Fitness Montana has no respect for their paying members. Monday morning the Yoga instructor did not show up for class leaving us waiting. Thursday morning once gain I had to ask again where was the instructor for the Brazilian Booty class. This time she had to be called from her tea part out of the back office with the Club Manager.

Neither the instructor or the Club Manager has respect for paying Club members waiting for an Instructor to show up while they are busy having their tea party in the back office.

Also in June I launched a complaint with the Club Manager as the Group Exercise Manager breaks rules by sitting next to children in class in studio which is against the rules but I have to go out of my way to drop my child off at his grandmother to abide by the rules because the Club Manager told me this would not be allowed and there is no exceptions

He said he would investigate but never gave me feedback. I also did launch a complaint through the Call Centre who said that they will escalate the mather as nobody contacted me and next thing I received an email stating that my query has been closed
