POOR Service PLANET FITNESS MEGA CLUB CENTURION

Absolutely Poor Customer Service From Planet Fitness Mega Club in Centurion. For Months i have been requesting as to why i was not offered the EQ-Fin Special when signing up and for months i have not be assisted. yet there are users signing up after me that are on the EQ-Fin Plan, this have been going on for over 6 months now with ZERO help form the management staff at the club as well as the call center, they keep closing all my calls without even contacting me! i am now tired of this service and want my contract cancelled!!! this is rediculous!!! an i will NOT PAY any Cancellation FEEs!!!! as you have been dragging me on for over 6 months with this krap service
