Poor Service of Planet Fitness n worst experience

My experience in planet fitness was the worst ever since I started gyming I miss virgin active even Gym company was better than this gym the stuff members are arrogant with no customer service... If I had a choice I would cancel with immediate effect... Hope management will train the lady by the name Khodani not to lie in order to sell.... Everything she did for me was wrong ???
