Poor service it's like they refusing to cancel my membership what a *******

I've been struggling to get this memberships cancelled I've send emails called the call centre they said I need to pay a shocking amount of money before they can cancel it im really lost because at the gym it self the amounts differ on their system from the call centres one I find the staff every *********** no one can really explain to you what happened to my previous cancellation in April they are now sending me threatening messages even to my daughter's who are having membership but I'm liabile for the payments that's very disturbing they only 15 years what do they know, about these things it is hilarious what's going on at planet fitness I just wish someone can clarify for what's going on there I also found out my children memberships is for 12 moths and mine is for 24 months I don't know how that happened I'm suppose to pay R199 times 3 but I was told that was only for 3 months now it's something like R278 per month but they are advertising it for 199 per month that's what I've thought but to my suprise I'm shocked I'm really not happy I cancelled my membership because I had a knee injury and a operation been at home for almost four months Elvena ********** 953
