POOR SERVICE - INCORRECTLY DEBITING MY ACCOUNT - DONT JOIN THIS GYM

I started a membership at Planet Fitness for 1 month which according to their ad it was free. I was charged for that. I am a vitality member and should receive a discount which I did not was charged the full amount. I reversed the debit order last month. Today they debited me with the same amount plus extra charges. The consultant who helped me says she does not have authority to cancel my membership and its the responsibility of another department. This is ******* and I would like to take them to the ombudsmen
