Poor service - *********** agents

Yesterday I was on a frustrating call with a call centre agent for 41 minutes, we spoke for about 10 minutes and I was put on hold for 30. <br> <br> This morning I see an automated email that the query has been resolved. <br> It is far from resolved. <br> <br> The call centre agent was unable to provide me with accurate and relative information and each time putting me on hold for absurd amounts of time. At the end the agent just said they'll call me back because they are not allowed for calls to last this long. <br> <br> Really poor service.
