Poor service in regards to accounts and membership

Poor service - premiums continuously going up even with the sanlam reality, deducted money without any assistance for the walk in branch and head office. No one could tell me the amount deducted what is it for and its been 7 months now. Funny when payment is missed head office phones and magic messages are sent but when having an enquiry no assistance provided. Consultants are only friendly and helpful when still recruiting you after that your on your own.
