Poor service from Randfontein JustGym

If I could give 0 stars I would they do not even deserve a 1 star is way too good for this PATHETIC gym. Since I was in this gym 3 months I started having issues with this place. No communication with their members about a "promotional" black tag that was never explained to me and was forced to pay more other wise I would not be able to bring a buddy. Next point is the situation with the gym bags on the floor where I was told my bag can not be on the gym floor but at that point there were MANY other members that had their bags with them not being told to use a locker. The following day I decided I will keep my bag on me and my partner was told either put the bag in a locker or car or **** off. Now with the new and latest issue that I do have and I speak on behalf of a lot of members there was ZERO formal communication that the club's hours will be changed for the festive season. This morning I called client care to query the hours whether the clubs hours will go back to 9. Found out when we got to the gym that the 8 is PERMANENT. (Note once again NO formal communication) The staff is rude, equipment Regularly out of order for long periods as well.
