Poor service from Planet Fitness

The worst admin staff I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I've been trying to get confirmation of my membership termination for more than a month. Sending emails to the call centre, speaking with the Plattekloof admin person as well as the sales manager has proved unsuccessful. It seems they are all afraid of committing themselves via email.
