Poor Service

I would like to lodge a complaint against one of your receptionists at Planet Fitness, Genevieve Worthington. My wife found her spraying the kids room while the kids were inside. The spray was too strong, and my son is only 2 years old suffering from severe sinus. Her colleague asked her to stop spraying because there were kids in the room, but she kept on spraying saying it was too stuffy and the smell was very bad. My wife approached her and asked her why she was spraying while there were kids in the room. She **** that she sprayed twice while my wife was watching her spraying continuously. She then apologized with an attitude, telling her she just left the door open so that the smell could fade away. And that was after her colleague asked to leave the door open because what she did was totally wrong and unacceptable. It is not the first time we received such treatment from her. She has been rude and always had a bad attitude towards us. My wife insists that we cancel our club membership because it has not been welcoming since day one, more especially from the lady. I forced my wife to continue training, but now it has gotten out of hand.
