Poor service

The service at Planet Fitness Pietermaritzburg is extremely poor. For the past many months the air conditioning was not working and that was in summer and the temperatures were usually high. For over two years the steam room is on and off and currently there is a problem with hot water (geyser malfunctioning) and it’s very cold. This means you can’t go the gym in the morning if you planning to go straight to work thereafter and you can’t go there during lunch time since you won’t be able to take a shower.

Can management do something about this. We can’t be paying and still be experiencing this poor service.
